How high is the moisture content of the screed? An important and an essential point that has to be clarified before the floor is laid. A sub-surface that is too moist transmits the moisture to the wooden floor fitted, and this expands dude the wood swelling. The consequence is that the floor cups.

Using the MERLIN screed moisture measuring device HM8-BF30, you can check the moisture in seconds at several points and immediately decide whether the sub-surface is sufficiently dried out. There is no faster and better method of checking the moisture content of the screed!
